Winning Techiques Camp is located in Ontario just north of Huntsville in the Muskoka's and they have a day and overnight hockey programs that features instruction by former NHLer Tom McCarthy.
They are also offering $10,000 in scholarships this year! There are ten $500 scholarships available for the Hockey Program and and number of others available. You can find the nomination form here.
My friend runs this camp and it is a fantastic place to go. You can even turn it into a family vacation by renting a cabin to stay in or a camp site for your trailer. The kids spend 1/2 of their day on hockey and the other half the day doing all sorts of other fun camp activites with the campers from the other programs.
I only wish that something existed while I was training my summers away rather than spending them having fun!
