Location:

Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Venues may include Sertich Ice Arena (Memorial Park), Honnen Ice Arena (Colorado College), Colorado Springs World Arena (Ice Hall and Main Arena), Colorado Sports Center, Air Force Academy Ice Arena (USAFA Field House), and Pueblo Ice Arena.

Divisions:
• Squirt A, B, & C
• PeeWee AA, A, & B
• Bantam AAA, AA, A & B
• Midget AA, A (Major and Minor)
• Girls

Other Events:
3-0 Shootout Skill Competition will be held. Click on top of the webpage: 3 on 0 Shootout Information/Forms for more info.

Sanctioning:
This is a USA Hockey sanctioned tournament.
USA Hockey rules regarding age classifications will be followed.

Entry Fee:
Squirt through Midget A Divisions: $1,100 (U.S. dollars) per team, due with application.
Bantam AAA/AA & Midget AA Division: $1,200 (U.S. dollars) per team, due with application.

Squirt, PeeWee, and Girls: 4-game guarantee. Games will consist of three 12-minute stop time periods or a curfew of 60 minutes.

Bantam A & B, Midget A: 4-game guarantee. Games will have three 14-minute stop time periods or a curfew of 75 minutes.

Bantam AAA & AA, Midget AA: 4-game guarantee. Games will have three 15-minute stop time periods or a curfew of 90 minutes.
Entry and Acceptance:

Applications should be submitted as soon as possible, and will NOT be accepted after November 8, 2008. Placement is made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Application should be made by submitting a registration form and the entry fee. Teams will be notified of their acceptance into the tournament as soon as possible after the receipt of both the application AND payment, but not later than November 15, 2008.

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL:

If registration and payment are received by the Tournament Director on or before September 1, 2008, the team will receive a $150 discount.

If registration and payment are received by the Tournament Director on or before September 30, 2008, the team will receive a $100 discount.

Full payment will be returned if the team is not accepted into the tournament. The fee covers team registration as well as spectator admission. There will not be a separate admission fee charged at the door. The fee is non-refundable once your team has been accepted into the tournament.

Teams selected to play are required to stay at official Colorado Cup sponsored hotels. Lodging information will be posted on the website soon. Failure to do so will result the team not being allowed to play. The Colorado Cup Hotel Log must be completed and submitted to the tournament director prior to the first game of the tournament.
