Out of the BTHL Bantam A bracket who is the team to beat?

20 teams. It is early yet but I am sure that it will soon start to shake out.

Both Louisville teams are strong(alot of 2nd year players), Columbus Bluejackets are strong(all 93's), also Evansville & Columbus,Indiana are good.

Columbus Bluejackets and Louisville Stallions both are going to be right up there at the end.

Both can put up some points without letting much in.

The Louisville Storm just waxed the Columbus (Indiana) Flames this past weekend 7-1 and 7-3. Pretty hefty scores against them IMHO...

How well did the Columbus Flames Bantam team play this weekend? They must have played great hockey to come from the 12 seed and be Champs. Good Job Flames

They played really well. They took it to us (Sylvania) the 1st period then we stepped up in the 2nd to make it a game but then they took it too us in the 3rd and there was nothing we could do. They are a good team. Too bad the dad running the Flames penalty box didnt stop screaming from the drop of the 1st puck to the end of the game. I could have done without that.

I would have figured the LV Stallions to be the winners after I saw them come out against the River Rats. They looked like a well oiled machine.

I think a lot of the credit has to go to the Columbus head coach. I know when my D played for him last year, what they didn't have in talent, they made up for in disciplined play. I thoroughly enjoyed watching him work and can say I wouldn't hesitate to have my D play for him again. After a quick look at the roster, I don't see any major changes in the returning lineup, so I'd guess that the same formula was working.

Don't know who was in the penalty box. I don't remember any loud parents/coaches last year.

Been there, done that. Went somewhere else and did it again.

Id like to say Columbus does not have a complete team. We played them at the Pittsburgh Preseason Challenge and it was a blowout. I do not know about any of the other teams so I shall not make any assumptions on skill. All im saying is well killed Columbus.

Win Lose or Die you will be apart of it-North Pittsburgh Wildcats hockey
