Hi! I am 13 years old. I am a goalie in lacrosse and I love the position. I am interested in possibly being a hockey goalie. I have NEVER played hockey on a team before, nothing more than fooling around with friends on the drive way. I have the reflexes and hand eye coordination from lacrosse. My only concern is that is it too late to start playing hockey?

It's never too late. Most important thing is learning to skate. Look for a local program to help get you started and skate every chance you get. Introduce yourself to some other goalies and see if there's a way to get the use of some equipment to make sure goalie is what you want to before your buy your own.
