Don't know if this is a new Org. or just a re-name of the Storm.
They played the Cincinnati AA this weekend in Louisville and had a 1-1 Tie and a 3-5 loss.

I think this is a new org that was started up last year....

Here is the LEAGUE RANKING FROM MYHOCKEY .COM

League Ranking
DISCLAIMER: These 2005-06 League Ranking Statistics only take into account two or three age groups. For the 2006-07 season three (squirt major, peewee major & bantam major) or five (squirt major - bantam major all birth years) will be included. Due to smaller number of teams, these numbers may not properly represent each club. More notes below.

2005-06 Leagues: Ranking League Abbrev Rating Details
Tier 1 Leagues Only
1 Midwest Elite Hockey League MWEHL 13.99
2 Mid America Hockey League MAHL 13.87
3 Greater Toronto Hockey League GTHL 13.53
4 ALLIANCE ALNC 12.38
5 Ontario Minor Hockey Association OMHA 12.32
6 Eastern Hockey Federation EHF 12.09
7 Atlantic Youth Hockey League AYHL 11.68
8 Ottawa District Minor Hockey Association ODMHA 11.04
9 Empire West Amateur Hockey League EWAHL 10.36
10 Eastern Elite Amatuer Hockey League EEAHL 9.67
11 Metropolitan Boston Hockey League MBHL 9.31
12 Connecticut Hockey Conference CHC 8.70
13 New England Hockey League NEHL 7.22
14 Massachusetts Select League MSSL 6.09
15 New England Elite Hockey League NEEHL 5.43

Tier 2 Leagues - Birth Year Divisions
1 Little Caesars Amateur Hockey League LCAHL 11.17
2 Central States Developmental Hockey League CSDHL 9.95
3 Western New York Amateur Hockey League WNYAHL 5.85

Tier 2 Leagues - Only Major Birth Years

2 Central States Developmental Hockey League CSDHL 10.91
3 Northern Illinois Hockey League NIHL 9.73
4 Northern International Hockey League NIntHL 9.47
5 Southwest Youth Hockey League SWYHL 9.06
6 Southern California Amateur Hockey Association SCAHA 8.54

12 Cleveland Suburban Hockey League CSHL 6.75
13 Midwest Hockey League MHL 6.00
14 Missouri Hockey Inc MoAm 5.97
15 Buckeye Travel Hockey League BTHL 4.83

Notes: Leagues had to have teams included (ranked) in all eligible levels during the 2005-06 season to make the rankings. Tier 2 birth year leagues are ranked separately because including minor birth years lowers a leagues overall score because minor birth year teams naturally rank lower than birth year major or mixed teams from comparable areas. Only the highest level divisions are included (LCAHL Ranked, NIHL Elite, CHC Division 1).

Looks like the BTHL has a number of 4.83 and the CSDHL has 10.91 which translates to over twice as strong as the BTHL.
So who can blame teams from going independent instead of playing in the BUCKEYE?? Teams from the CSDHL, LCAHL, GLHL don't want to play teams that are in the BUCKEYE. Again I wish this was not the case but it is.
