Does anybody know the agenda or items to be discussed at the annual meeting?

also, any word on a prior listing on the website discussing the possibility of a pre-season tournament to help determine playing levels in addition to the grid? is that up for discussion or decision on Saturday?

The annual meeting has been postponed a week. I posted a message on the league website yesterday and will continue to post updates as I receive them.

The agenda has not been finalized but I'm told that the possibility of a pre-season tournament is one of the items to be discussed.

there is a comment on the forum that the proposal passed (under the Cincy Bantam thread), but nothing confirming that is posted on the official BTHL website? What was the outcome of the annual meeting? Is the pre-season tournament a for sure thing?

Any other decisions at the meeting that can be shared with a general member\parent\player?

The pre-season tournament proposal did pass and there is a committee currently working on the details. I've been waiting for the meeting minutes to be reviewed before posting them on the website. Stay tuned.
