With all due respect, it was neither unfair or misleading, and the wording got changed slightly from what was sent vs what
was posted. Here's the background: Last year Stallions had the only Bantam AA (tier II) team in KY and did not have to compete
to go to nationals, same for Stallions U16 and U18 teams (USA Hockey has changed the format for nationals. Now each state
sends a team rather than having regional tournaments first and they play in divisions of 1A,2A,3A,or 4A based on number of
registered players in the state. KY is 1A). When that notice was posted, it didn't appear that there would be any other Bantam
AA teams in KY again this season. Now N.KY is trying to put together a team, and accordingly, the notice was immediately
changed. If there is more than 1 Bantam AA team in KY, they will have to play each other to see who goes to Nationals. It
was nothing more than an honest mistake. I know all of this because I'm the one who posted it, and then corrected it, not
the coach or the organization. I do the Stallions website and newsletter.

As far as I know, there
is only national competition for Tier II (AA) and Tier I (AAA) at this time. Of course that could always change.
