The silly season is upon us. The new association in Cincinnati under the Steam has the ability to be a good thing but associations coming in and ceasing to exist always create turmoil.

I love watching my son play hockey--going through the tryout "season" however is painful!!

doh

Gotta love the silly season - best of luck with his tryouts. Will he be doing Korn this summer? CJ will be working it again.

This will be our first spring not really having to worry/stress over silly season. He just verbally committed to play at Alabama-Huntsville in 2010 and he knows he has a spot with Springfield for next season. So he'll give the USHL a shot this spring, if he makes a team where he has chance to play then fine. If not, then it's the Jr Blues. Alot less strees this year, for a change.

Good luck!
